Really. tonight I'll be brief. Almost couldn't type that word... brief.... It's later at night and I'm less fatigued than when I wrote my last dating blog post, so I actually have the time for... brevity.
In my work as an Online Dating Coach, part of the Total Dating and Relationship Marketing strategy I provide to them is that I recommend to mix things up, especially within the mileu of internet dating and online personals.
DO be sure to post a really GOOD online dating profile at one of the major online dating sites like Match or Yahoo. Just not BOTH at the same time or you risk being redudant. In a given metro area, they often have the same singles posting their online dating profiles. So, you've paid for BOTH and yet are really accessing the SAME pool of relationship-interested singles.
So, Yahoo OR Match. One at a time. Do that for say, mmmm, 6-8 wks.
Now, ADD ANOTHER.

you can probably even find my little profile if you search long enough.
The point is, I am ALWAYS getting good dates from there. So it's great for women AND it's great for men because indeed we are actually... GOING ON DATES from there.

OK, in case you don't know it or havent' thought of this way, but Online Dating Sites are a subniche of the Social Networking sites.

Now you do not have to do a TON there, just Have a Presence. I find I get a regular flow of interested parties from the Social Networking sites.
I also get business from there....
