Now that Valentine's Day has come and gone, this is just my opinion.

I do not see all the hype about Valentine's Day. Too often, it's an entitlement day because most women complain about how their man isn't doing anything for them or does not do enough for them. I think it is pure greed on the female part. I don't see many females doing nice things for their man.

Your comment about chocolates is to me, old-fashioned. Based on what I see in London, Ontario Canada, many single women could USE a diet (not South Beach or Atkins because these diets are unhealthy).

I did something for myself, I bought a pair of dress slacks. I celebrated myself. For those women who are single in their mid-30s, here is some advice. I hear too often that there is "no good men left" there are except some woman unrealistic expectations of 6'2 makes 150K+ buns of steel types...makes these women bitter on Valentine's Day because they are alone...too bad. There are good men out there but because of the unrealistic expectations some women have.

[this is good]
Thanks for stopping by and commenting at my blog. Isn't it funny? Flowers and chocolates? It's all in those little providing and protecting courting gestures early on that a man woo woman's heart and touches on tenderness.

The men who do that often go on to marriage!

Happy Dating and Relationships,
