I was thinking about this, if there are any single men and women who are "woe is me" because on New Year's Eve, they are at home; stop feeling sorry for yourself. Celebrate your success, make a great meal for yourself. After all, New Year's Eve is severly overrated. It's a night so couples can front themselves as a happy couple. Society and media trump up this night. I find many couples that I know, don't have a good time...one partner is severly drunk or couples end up at home. For me, I do not have a date, it does not make me a "geek" or "loser" as I am perfectly fine as I am.
