Online Dating Coach - Preparing for Romance, Love, and Singles Dates
Both the singles never marrieds and the divorced singles I work with want to date, get married, and create a great lasting love romantic sex relationship. Dating and Romance can be like Dieting, to borrow a metaphor from some of my fitness buddies. They will say, "April, please help me, I want to get married and have kids," or "April, please help me, I already have kids, but I'm just not meeting any singles...."
When you start dieting, you need to first ASSESS and precisely determine where you are.
You get on the scale.
You can argue, of course, this is just a metaphor, so let's not beat it to death, that it doesn't gauge body fat composition and nutrition. For that, please talk with Fitness Expert, Darryl Pace and Seattle Personal Trainer, Sabrina Peterson. On the nutritional level, you'll want to talk with Whole Health Expert, Dr. Michael Roth
On the romance and dating level, reflect on your past and any past relationships. Two of the best books which provide some pretty high quality sophisticates tools for doing this for just the price of a book are by Dr. Harville Hendrix:
Getting the Love You Want and Keeping the Love You Find. His work in excavating issues from our past and helping us to resolve them is a super preparation for the dating life you desire.
Interestingly enough, Getting the Love You Want, while it is targeted for existing couples, provides some great foundational work for singles as well. So, even though you might think it's not for you since its title targets couples, and you are perhaps a single, indeed, it DOES provide SUPERB insights for singles!
As we approach Thanksgiving here in The States, this is an early Christmas present you can give yourself so indeed you have even MORE to be thankful for in your life: Romantic Relationship HOPE!

yes, and of course. In many ways, it is too early for them. They need a time to heal, but also to get back up on the horse so to speak. It does not serve them to have their mental fear the opposite sex romantically beliefs solidify in their brains as TRUTH.
Do you find in your Whole Health work that they present certain symptoms especially?

Do you mean, does the Harville Hendrix's book take the presupposition that if you are already married you should be able to work it out?
In a manner, yes. Just because you are fighting doesn't mean you should divorce, I would say quickly sums up part of his approach.
A lot of it helps to excavate what is going on beneath the surface in our romantic sex love relationships. Yes, surprise, the unconscious mind and its goals.
